  Shipping

  • We do not provide bank refunds on any product once sold.
  • In case of damage during transit, Please report immediately with proof. We will ship same item or another item of same value.
  • Shipping charges of INR for returning the items shall be bore by the customer.
  • Refunds are only allowed if the product is wrongfully delivered, i.e. product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation, or if it has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect.
  • Products purchased on sale, discount, credit note and offers are not eligible for returns.
  • The value of the returns would reflect in the customer’s store credit and not bank or source of payment.
  • Credit note issued is valid for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase.
  • Request for returns should be placed within 7 days from the date of delivery.
